Long cultivated in Burgundy, Pinot Noir is one of the great French grape varieties that has adapted well to the Geneva climate. Pinot Noir rosé winemaking has been practised on the estate for more than thirty years. The Rosé de Pinot will produce wines that are finer and more structured than the Rosé de Gamay, so it will be intended to be consumed with the meal. It is a rosé that can be enjoyed throughout the year.
Tasting:
On the nose: white flowers, redcrant and light pineapple notes.
In the mouth: more tense than the Rosé de Gamay with a more lively structure that will support its accompaniment.
Food and wine pairing:
Asian or spicy cuisine. Sushi.
